The Seawater Pump is a machine which draws Seawater from the ocean. It is the only machine which can provide seawater, which makes building it a requirement to supply Evaporation Ponds to produce Salt to make Glass Mix and subsequently Glass. It is also useful providing Thermal Desalinators material to create fresh Water and Brine once the Thermal Desalination research has been completed.
The Seawater Pump can be acquired from three different researches: Basic Desalination, Salt Production and Thermal Desalination. (none of these reasearches are prerequisite to another)
