The Distillation (Stage III) is a machine which processes Light Oil into Naphtha and Fuel Gas which have applications in Rubber and Diesel production, respectively. When combined with the Distillation (Stage II) machine, they allow for the creation of Diesel. All three units can be built direct together in a line with no tiles in between without loss of efficiency or they can be built independently and piped together if so desired. The primary disadvantage of the Distillation (Stage II) and its companion machines is a significant increase in the difficulty of designing the refinery layout, piping, and subsequent byproduct management.
