Steam (High) is the high energy state of Steam (Intermediate energy state being Steam (Low) and lowest energy state being Steam Depleted.)
Steam (High) is the result of boiling water hence every of it's production recepies include Water.
Steam (High) can be consumed in many ways, some of them listed here: It turns into Steam (Low) by using it for energy production in a High-Pressure Turbine or is condensated into Water in a cooling unit or is released into the atmosphere via a Smoke Stack.
Steam (High) is transferred via Pipe [II•III]
Although most of Fluid Products can be stored in a Fluid Storage [II•III•IV], any sort of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage [II•III•IV]. Instead, Thermal Storage can substantially store the steam.
