Cooking Oil is a Fluid, Crafted Material essential for the Food Processor. Soybean is the crop required to produce Cooking Oil in a Mill. Snack, Cake, and by extrapolation, Food Pack are the Food products people want dearly. Provisioning, and diversifying your Food portfolio will produce more Unity, protect your people from Food shortage and/or Drought. Later, Canola can be grown for Cooking Oil. Seeds can be found on the Map with the Ship. With water-wise Farming, utilizing the "Water rationing" Edicts, and blending Cooking Oil with Ethanol in a Chemical Plant, Bio-Diesel can be produced for your Vehicles.
