Steam Depleted is the lowest energy state of Steam (Highest energy state being Steam (Super) and intermediate energy states being Steam (High) and Steam (Low).)

Steam Depleted is produced by consuming the energy of Steam (Low) in a Low-Pressure Turbine to generate Electricity.

Steam Depleted can be consumed in three ways: It turns into Water and Brine by using it in a Thermal Desalinator to desalinate Seawater or is condensated into Water in a Cooling Tower or is released into the atmosphere via a Smoke Stack.

Steam Depleted is transferred via Pipe [IIIII].

Although other (except Chilled Water) Fluid Products can be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV], any kind of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV]. Currently the best way to store Steam would be in long pipe sections.
