Recyclables are a loose product created by the Recyclables Collection, Research Lab II [III•IV•V] and all variants of Maintenance Depots.
The product is created in machines consuming Iron, Steel, Copper, Glass and Gold and offers a way to reduce usage of Natural Resources by re-using the recycled materials in the Waste Sorting Plant by up to 90%.
Efficiency of the recycling process is determined by the Recycling Efficiency modifier, initially set to be 25%.
Recycling Efficiency
Recycling Efficiency is the percentage of used materials, that can be re-used by recycling them. The initial value of 25% can be raised up to 90% using different Edicts and Research.
An efficiency of 25% means that for every 100 Iron used by a machine, 25 Iron can be created by processing the Recyclables from that machine in the Waste Sorting Plant.
