Steam Lo is the intermediate energy state of Steam (Higher energy state being Steam (High) and lower energy state being Steam Depleted.)
Steam Lo is the product of either consuming the energy of Steam (High) in an High-Pressure Turbine to generate electricity or using an Exhaust Scrubber to scrub exhaust gases with the use of water.
Steam Lo can be consumed in three ways: It turns into Steam Depleted by using it for energy production in a Low-Pressure Turbine or is condensated into water in a Cooling Tower or is released into the atmosphere via a Smoke Stack.
Steam Lo is transferred via Pipe[II III].
Although other gases can be stored in a Fluid Storage[II], any kind of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage[II]. (Though water can be stored.)
