Plastic is a crafted material required for the production of Household Electronics. It is also a requirement to build PCBs for the creation of Electronics and all items requiring them, including the Excavator and Maintenance II.

Plastic is produced by combining either Ethanol or Naphtha with Chlorine in a Polymerization Plant.
