Damaged Cargo Ship is a World Map location. When first discovered, this location is either an Unknown Location (grey) or a Location With Enemy (red). After successfully defeating the enemy, the icon turns blue and the location becomes repairable.
Once the location is repaired a Cargo Ship is claimed and the location itself turns into a Fully Explored location.
Discovering a Damaged Cargo Ship on the The World Map is a requirement for Cargo Depot research.
