Unity is a resource that is generated by the Settlement, and consumed by buildings.
Generation
Settlements generate unity depending on what resources they have access to. Usually, each resource, if fully satisfied generates between 1-2 unity per month. Settlements with higher quality have a +50% bonus to unity generation, but they consumer more resources.
Default values
- +1.0 for Food
- +1.0 for Water
- +1.2 for Electricity
- +1.4 for Household Goods
- +1.4 for Household Appliances
- +1.8 for Consumer Electronics
- Hospital
Consumption
- Outposts, like Quartz Mine or Oil Rig
- Research Lab
- -0.25 per Boosted building
