Steam Lo is the intermediate energy state of Steam (Higher energy state being Steam (High) and lower energy state being Steam Depleted.)

Steam is produced as a byproduct of generating Electricity in a High-Pressure Turbine, scrubbing Exhaust, or smelting with Arc Furnace II.

Steam Lo can be consumed in four ways:

Steam Lo is transferred via Pipe [IIIII]. Although most of Fluid Products can be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV], any kind of steam can NOT be stored in a Fluid Storage [IIIIIIV]. Currently the best way to store Steam would be in long pipe sections.
