Location With Enemy is a World Map Location, which can be visited with The Ship. Upon visiting a Location With Enemy battle will commence.
If The Ship is able to defeat the enemy, the World Map Location will become accessible for travelling through and trading if a 
Village or will be accessible for repairs if it is a Cargo Ship or a mine. If the location is a Treasure - it will be claimed.
If The Ship is not able to defeat the enemy The Ship will retreat upon taking enough damage.
