Settlements can help quick increase on your population in cost of unity ( 0.25 per person ) and quick trade. different village trade different items, and different contract.
it's called settlement instead of village.
Quick trade
quick trade could trade a lot of useful item instantly, like wood to iron scrap, or diesel to coal, etc. if you trade too much, there is a %25 price increase per 2 trade, and will drop to it's original price after some time ( depends how much did you bought ). it cannot be dropped below its original price.
settlement 1:
you will find this settlement at start
adopt pop limit: 10
adopt pop increases slowly, and will stop when reaching adopt pop limit
adopt pop limit could be increased by increase reputation
reputation could be increased by give them gifts
20 wood -> 20 concrete slab
20 wood -> 24 iron scrap
10 c.part 1 -> 10 potato
20 c.part 1 -> 20 pure copper
20 c.part 1 -> 20 rubber
20 diesel -> 40 coal, need 2 reputation
